our Frantoio and Taggiasca olive groves, expressing the finest
qualities of these Italian varietals.

At the base of the hot, rugged foothills of the Sierra, groves of Mission
and Manzanillo bask in the sun, as rich flavors concentrate in the ripening fruit.

The widely divergent climates and terroir of these sites contribute directly to the quality of the fruit
and the complex flavor profiles of the resulting oil, just as climate and terroir are so essential to the
crafting of the finest wines.
